Description:
Executive Administrative assistance for 2 Quality Directors and Engineering Team support. Manages email and calendar, schedules meetings and answers phones. Performs a variety of administrative fuctions including, but not limited to: coordination of processes, organizational chart management, ordering of departmental office supplies, travel arrangements (domestic and international), departmental announcements, correspondence, expense reports, vacation schedules, and mail distribution. Creates presentations, generates reports, and handles multiple projects. Strong organizational and people skills required.

Requirements:
Executive Management Support. Outlook and Lotus Notes. Microsoft Office; Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Vizio expertise. (MS Office proficiency testing required prior to interview). Excellent Organizational and Communication Skills.
