J2EE Development Senior
 
  Requirements
Position Description:
AD-JCOE - Various Java positions are available in the JAVA RM. Candidates may interview with multiple Product Line Managers and Java RM resources.
Skills Required:
4+ yrs overall IT experience including: - JAVA EE development experience - Experience with Java, XML - Experience in EJB, Servlets, JSP, JDBC - Experience in (SQL / ORACLE / DB2 / SQL server) - Experience in JUnit - Experience in UML - Experience with WSAD / RAD / Eclipse - Experience with WebSphere application server or equiv (Weblogic, JBOSS, Glassfish) - Experience with PVCS or equivalent - Experience with Struts (MVC) framework - Experience with Object Oriented - Analysis and design concepts - Knowledge of core JAVA EE patterns - Web Services Design / Development experience - Experience with Object to Relational Persistence (Toplink, Hibernate, JPA.) - Experience with Cryptography, Authentication, Authorization, Single Sign On, Message Level Security - Major contribution to multiple projects - Strong Communication Skills - Good people and communication skills.
Skills Preferred:
- Ford and JCOE Framework experience desired - Sun Certified Enterprise Architect (SCEA) - Experience with Ford USDM or RUP Understanding SOA concepts. such as tooling, DataPower, ESB, Process server - Sun Certified Java Developer (SCJD) - Sun Certified Web Component Developer (SCWCD) - Sun Certified Developer for Java Web Services (SCDJWS) - Sun Certified Mobile Application Developer (SCMAD) - Experience with Ford USDM or RUP - AJAX / JSF / XSLT, JavaScript, HTML - UML experience a plus - RAD / RSA - Either JSF or JPA skills - Enhance existing J2EE frameworks to incorporate bug fixes and enhanced functionality - Update J2EE COE manuals and documents as appropriate - Help in the organization of J2EE COE presentations or events - Participate in research projects that are focused on introducing new Java/J2EE technologies into the Ford environment - Develop new frameworks following the USDM and Agile Methodology. This task may include all/some of the following sub-tasks: - Requirement analysis: get and document user requirements in use cases - Develop solution design using UML and participate in design review sessions - Implement solution and participate in code review sessions - Assist in framework deployment tasks
