Instructional System Designer Senior
 
  Requirements
Position Description:
AD - Design and develop web-based learning solutions for internal Ford customers. Interface with Project Managers, Instructional Systems Designers, Graphics Designers, and Developers to create instructionally sound, SCORM compliant web-based training courses on time and on budget. Responsibilities include: perform needs analysis for training interventions, design and develop training and training evaluations, work with subject matter experts and Ford internal customers, ensure training meets accepted standards for adult learners.
Skills Required:
- Typical instructional design skills as identified in the Ford ISD Model (needs assessment, design, development, evaluation) - Strong skills with MS Windows, MS Office, Sharepoint, Webex - Strong skills with Camtasia, Articulate, and Captivate - Adobe graphic applications - Effective communications skills - Team orientation - Strong customer relation skills - Able to facilitate meeting both in person and virtually - Able to multitask and work independently with minimal guidance - Able to design and develop web-based course and meet project constraints

Education Required:
Bachelor¿s Degree in Instructional Technology, Educational Technology
