  Requirements
Description:
Performs root cause analysis of quality issues, often using advanced problem solving tools (like Kepner Tregoe, Shainin Red X, Design of Experiments). Recommends and implements simple cost-effective permanent corrective actions. Analyzes quality data from internal and external indicators to ensure calibration. Manages engineering changes working with cross-functional team to ensure timely execution. Conducts product evaluation tests to ensure robustness of product or process change before full implementation. Work with Engineering and Suppliers to resolve issues that are not plant controllable. Recommend and validate rework procedures. Develop inspection standards and best methods for performing inspection. Help production with problem solving and developing standardized work for production operators, including boundary samples. Develop projects to support World Class Manufacturing. Job Description: Perform plant compliance verification & process reviews. Support manufacturing facilities with launch readiness assessments and implementation methodology for compliance to requirements (Governmental, Corporate, ISO). Assist in updating, revising, and creating documentation for Corporate and ISO processes. Serve as liaison between plants and Engineering / Regulatory Affairs / ISO. Follow-up on internal and external non-conformances identified. Conduct training (development, implementation) for plant personnel on requirements. Recommend and implement new initiatives to improve plant processes. Analyzes quality data from internal and external indicators to ensure calibration. Develop inspection standards and best methods for performing inspection. Help production with problem solving and developing standardized work for production operators, including boundary samples. Develop projects to support World Class Manufacturing.

Requirements:
Automotive Electrical background preferred. 1-5 years' experience. Bachelor's degree required, Technical degree preferred. MS Office proficiency. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Application of problem solving tools. Knowledgeable with ISO and FMVSS standards. Knowledge of GD&T. Self-Motivated, Ability to Assume Lead. Able to work in a fast paced manufacturing environment. Minimal travel required to mfg assembly plants.
